Acceptance of Terms

The one49 platform is only open to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and such accounts will be terminated without notice.
Account Creation and Security
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on one49. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
One49 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of information provided. Failure to submit requested documents may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. one49 recommends using a strong password different from those on other platforms. Do not share your login details with anyone.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the one49 support team immediately via email at [email protected]. one49 is not liable for losses caused by users’ failure to protect their login information.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a one49 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and not violate any applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated software, or other technical methods to manipulate the betting system.
- Sharing accounts, transferring account balances to third parties, or using another person's account.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any suspicious financial activities.
- Attempting to claim bonuses or promotions dishonestly or repeatedly using different identities.
- Posting threatening, offensive, or infringing content on the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or attack one49's technical infrastructure.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of accounts, forfeiture of balances, and legal action if necessary.
Payment and Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the one49 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and valid.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods including bank transfers, eWallets, and other options available at registration. Minimum deposit limits depend on the chosen payment method and may change over time.
One49 reserves the right to reject or hold any deposits suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. Deposits credited to accounts cannot be withdrawn except through the designated withdrawal process.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the specified timeframe, subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable conditions. one49 may request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
Any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing are the user’s responsibility. one49 does not cover any costs charged by external payment service providers.
Liability Limits and Account Policies
One49 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use this platform, including technical disruptions, network failures, or third-party actions beyond our control.
The platform is provided “as is” without any guarantees regarding reliability or fitness for a specific purpose. Users accept all risks associated with using the platform.
One49 may suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspected fraudulent activity, or for valid security reasons. Upon termination due to user fault, remaining balances may be forfeited at one49’s discretion.
Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials found on the one49 platform are the exclusive property of one49 or its licensors. Unauthorized reuse, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
The one49 platform may contain links or references to third-party sites or services solely for informational purposes. one49 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws
One49 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clear update date. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted as closely as possible to the original intent, while the remaining provisions remain fully effective.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the applicable Malaysian laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms should first be resolved through sincere negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be referred to the competent Malaysian courts.
